Introducing Adopting Millie Manatee 💙💚
I’m excited to share the heartwarming story behind my upcoming children’s book, Adopting Millie Manatee. This story is a journey of compassion, environmental stewardship, and community, told through the eyes of a classroom that adopts a special manatee named Millie. 🐟🌿

The Storyline
In Adopting Millie Manatee, Mrs. Greene’s classroom takes on an exciting project: adopting a manatee through the Save the Manatee Club. The children quickly fall in love with Millie, a gentle and curious manatee who needs their help. As they learn about manatees, conservation, and the environment, the students also take on a mission to raise awareness about the dangers Millie and other manatees face—such as pollution, boat accidents, and habitat loss.
Through their adoption of Millie, the students discover the power of working together for a greater cause. From classroom projects to a “Manatee Awareness Day,” they take action to help protect manatees and learn important lessons about responsibility, empathy, and the environment. 🌍💧
