It’s been a WHOA and WOW kind of day for me as a writer and as a follower of Jesus!!
Today marks a moment I will treasure forever—Seeking Jesus Everyday has officially been finalized and loaded to Kindle Direct Publishing. After countless hours of writing, revising, editing, praying, and reflecting, I am in awe that this devotional is finally ready to share with the world.
The Journey to This Day
What began as a simple idea in my heart has grown into something so much more. Seeking Jesus Everyday started with the desire to encourage and guide young readers in their daily walk with Christ, offering them tools to navigate life with faith, grace, and truth. I poured my heart into every page, carefully choosing scripture, crafting reflections, and designing each section to be both meaningful and practical.
The process of writing has been a labor of love—and at times, a test of endurance. There were moments of clarity where the words flowed effortlessly and other moments when I stared at a blank page, unsure of how to continue. Through it all, God’s faithfulness was my constant source of inspiration and strength.
Final Edits and Revisions
Finalizing the manuscript was both thrilling and bittersweet. Every edit brought me closer to a polished work, but it also meant saying goodbye to the opportunity to keep tweaking and perfecting. I prayed over each page, each reflection, and each scripture, asking God to guide my words and make them a blessing to those who will read them.
I carefully reviewed feedback, ensuring the devotional would be clear, engaging, and impactful for the audience it’s intended to reach. With every revision, my hope for this book grew: that it would draw readers closer to Jesus and remind them of their identity as beloved children of God.
Pressing Submit
Today, I pressed the submit button on Kindle Direct Publishing, and with it came a flood of emotions. There was joy, excitement, relief, and even a little nervousness. This devotional is deeply personal, and sharing it with the world feels like opening my heart in a new and vulnerable way. But I trust that God will use this work to touch lives in ways I may never see or fully understand.
