Over the past few weeks, God has been stirring something brand new in my spirit—something foundational, something tender, and something for the ones just beginning their walk with Jesus.
It’s called the New Believer’s Guidebook: Finding Jesus Through God’s Word, and it’s my heart’s offering to anyone standing at the starting line of their faith journey. This guidebook will be framed by the Parable of the Sower, because I believe every heart—yours and mine—is a kind of soil. And when the Word of God is planted deep and nurtured with truth, grace, and real relationship, it grows.
🌱 What Was Completed Today: Chapter One
Today, I finalized the full structure and content for Chapter One: What Does It Mean to Be Saved? under Part One: Planting the Seed – Understanding Salvation.
This chapter focuses on what salvation truly is—not a reward for good behavior, but a gift of grace. I dug into Scriptures like Ephesians 2:8–9, Titus 3:5, Romans 3:23, and John 3:16, and I laid a foundation of what it means to receive, not earn, the love of Jesus.
I also added some brand-new features that will be included in every chapter:
- 💬 A Real Talk section—because sometimes you just need truth spoken plainly and kindly
- ✏️ A Reflection Prompt for journaling
- 🙏 A Guided Prayer to pray through the message
- 🪧 A Faith Declaration to anchor truth in your heart
- 📇 A Memory Verse Card with Scripture
- 🔍 A Dig Deeper: Grow Your Roots section for personal Bible study
🧡 Why This Project Matters
This book isn’t just about teaching—it’s about tending. Tending to the soul of someone who says “yes” to Jesus but still has questions. It’s about clearing space for growth, watering with love, and letting the Holy Spirit do what only He can do.
As I write it, I’m praying over each person who will read it—that they would walk away not just with answers, but with assurance.
