The Right Turn: A Call to Yield Before the Feast
by Jennifer Greene-Sullivan
The Quiet Test of Obedience in September 2025

For two mornings in a row — September 8 and 9 — the Lord asked me to do something that seemed small: take a different route to the office.
I didn’t understand why.
He didn’t explain.
Unequivocally, I heard His voice firmly say, “Turn right.”
So, I did.
No questions. No reasoning. Just obedience.
Each morning for those two days, I turned right instead of left out of my driveway and drove through Yonker instead of Roddy. On the second morning, as I obeyed again, the Lord began to speak. It wasn’t a word for me alone — it was a word for His children. I wrote the word of knowledge down on September 10, 2025 at 7:23 am. The Father said to me:
My timeline is not man’s timeline nor the enemy’s. He has no authority here, and he knows it. However, My children do not understand theirs or their ability to overcome by the blood of the Lamb and their testimony.
I had My daughter follow My directions to work with no explanation to prove a point—she heard Me, and she simply obeyed.
A man who is submitted to My authority walks when I say walk and sits when I say sit. Thus, if you’re not hearing from Me, you are not submitted to Me.
You don’t understand My authority, much less yours.
How does one hear from the Lord? Your heart must belong to Me.
A head knowledge does a man NO GOOD because a man’s intellect will never understand the ways of God.
A yielded heart will hear the voice of the Lord and recognize the regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit.
So, what exactly is the state of your heart?
A man has no authority when he doesn’t hear from ME!!
My response to Him that morning was:
Thank You, Father, for helping me understand the fullness of the Holy Spirit and Your covenant on 9/10/25.
Looking back thirty days later, I realized the Lord had been showing me events ahead of time, training my spiritual sensitivity to His revelation. This moment connected to the word He gave me that morning — a living demonstration of His authority, foresight, and timing.
He has been showing me events before they came to pass. It is His way of saying: “You will see in the Spirit what others cannot see in the natural, if you remain obedient and yielded.”

The Father’s Instruction for Today
The Father has given me permission today to release this word publicly.
He is calling His children to open their spiritual eyes and ears.
The time to repent is now.
There is no more time left to prepare.
The wedding feast is imminent.
Prepare you and your household today because tomorrow is not promised.
Yielding to His Word and Way
When the Father speaks, obedience isn’t about understanding why—it’s about trusting Who. The heart that belongs to Him doesn’t need every answer before it moves. It simply says, “Yes, Lord.”
The Word reminds us that obedience is better than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22). Yielding to His direction means releasing our own expectations and opinions so that His will can be accomplished through us. A yielded heart is one that no longer wrestles for control but rests in surrender.
The Lord is calling His children to return to that posture—to lay down pride, logic, and distraction. Hear Him clearly again. You must turn your ears to listen and your hearts to submission. He is preparing His Bride, not for delay but for readiness. Those who walk in step with the Spirit will not be caught unaware when the Bridegroom calls.
Prayer
Father,
Search my heart and reveal any part of me that resists Your voice. Teach me to yield to Your leading without hesitation. Remove every distraction that dulls my hearing or blinds my sight. Give me a spirit that listens quickly and obeys immediately. Let my heart beat in rhythm with Yours so that I am ready when You call.
In Jesus’ mighty name, amen.
Challenge
Today, quiet the noise around you. Take time to sit before the Lord and ask:
“Father, where have I hesitated when You said go? Where have I resisted when You said yield?”
Then write down what He shows you and commit to respond in obedience. The wedding feast is near—prepare your heart, your home, and your life to meet the Bridegroom without delay.
