Seven Years of Blogging: A Journey of Faith, Writing, and Growth

Today marks seven years since I first clicked “publish” on my blog. Seven years of storytelling, reflection, and sharing what’s on my heart. Seven years of writing through the joys and struggles, the revelations and the lessons, the big moments and the quiet whispers of faith. Looking back, I’m amazed at how this journey has shaped me—not just as a writer but as a person walking in obedience to God’s calling.

The Beginning

I started this blog as a simple space to write—a place where my thoughts could find a home. I never imagined that it would become a platform for ministry, encouragement, and connection with so many incredible people. What began as an outlet for my love of words turned into something far greater than I ever expected.

The Journey

Over the years, I’ve written about:
✅ My faith walk and how Jesus continues to transform my heart.
✅ The joys (and challenges) of writing books and seeing them come to life.
✅ The transition from teaching to full-time writing and ministry.
✅ Lessons learned in both the valleys and the mountaintops.

Through it all, this blog has remained a safe place—a space where I could be vulnerable, where I could process what the Lord was teaching me, and where I could invite others to journey with me.

The Growth

Looking back, I see how much I’ve grown as a writer, but more importantly, I see how much God has stretched and refined me. Blogging has been an act of faith—writing about things I didn’t always fully understand yet, sharing moments of deep personal reflection, and trusting that my words would reach those who needed them most.

This space has been a chronicle of God’s faithfulness in my life. Every blog post, every reflection, and every story has been a step on this journey with Him.

The Gratitude

To everyone who has ever read, commented, shared, or encouraged me along the way—THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. 💙 Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or just found your way to this space, I’m grateful for you. Your support, your messages, and your prayers mean more than I can say.

The Future

So, what’s next? More writing, more books, more lessons from the Lord, and more sharing from the heart. If these past seven years have taught me anything, it’s that God will continue to lead the way—and I’ll keep showing up, ready to write what He puts on my heart.
